Education systems are increasingly complex, competitive, and emotionally demanding. Families and schools often face high-stakes decisions with limited time for reflection, wellbeing, or long-term planning. Verdant brings clarity, perspective, and calm to these moments. Through human connection, research-informed guidance, and wellbeing-centered support, we help learners build resilience, confidence, self-awareness, and purpose, so they can succeed academically while thriving in a changing world.
How we work
Verdant works with a close-knit network of exceptional mentors, student peers, mental health and wellbeing experts, and international educators.
Together, we provide high-quality guidance for educational transitions, based on trust and tailored support.
Our work is guided by clear values, professional standards, and a shared commitment to holistic learning experiences and long-term outcomes.
"students thrive when education connects purpose, wellbeing, and academic challenge"
Why Verdant?
Based in Switzerland since 2012, Verdant sits at the crossroads of international education.
We support globally mobile families with school placement, university pathways and student development, drawing on regular dialogue with schools, universities and education professionals across different systems.
Our expertise is grounded in direct experience: leading schools, boarding education, curriculum design, academic mentoring and wellbeing-informed support.
Families come to Verdant when they need more than generic advice. They need clear judgment, careful guidance and a deeper understanding of the child behind the application.
Verdant is led by Christopher Green FCCT, supported by a discreet network of educators, mentors, university specialists and wellbeing professionals.
We are intentionally selective, and independent. We work with a limited number of families and institutions so every engagement remains personal, considered and precise.
