Men’s Mental Health Day - 19th November 2025 8pm CET

A Live Talk & Roundtable for Men, Fathers and their Partners

Modern fatherhood, and living in society as a male comes with new pressures from balancing work and family, to managing stress and emotional wellbeing. There's also the lack of opportunity for a sense of community. This session explores how men can look after their mental health while staying emotionally connected to their children and partners. Andy Hix and Peter Varnum will present, followed by a practical, honest conversation guided by questions from parents on what it means to be present, grounded, and well.

Date: Wednesday 19th November 8pm
