As a Verdant Mentor, you will have the expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Supporting students through international and national education pathways (e.g IB, IGCSE, A-Level, KS4, KS5).
Delivering enriching learning experiences that foster critical thinking, creativity, and resilience.
Empowering students with university and career guidance tailored to their aspirations.
Promoting mental health and wellbeing, ensuring learners grow with confidence and balance.
Fostering intercultural understanding, connecting learners to a wider global community.
Enhancing applications through personal statement guidance

Fiscal Agreement:

I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor. I am fully responsible for declaring my own income and managing my own tax obligations.

Confidentiality & Data Protection Agreement:

I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions. I will protect client information in accordance with GDPR, Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA), and Verdant Consultancy’s Privacy Policy

Safeguarding & Child Protection Agreement (Required for all mentors):

I confirm that I have read and agree to uphold Verdant Consultancy’s Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. I commit to conducting all sessions professionally, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and reporting any safeguarding concerns immediately.

Liability Waiver Agreement:

I understand that Verdant Consultancy serves as a facilitator/platform for educational services. I accept full responsibility for the services I provide. I will not hold Verdant Consultancy liable for disputes, damages, or claims resulting from my mentorship sessions. I am acknowledge that mentors are to have their own liability insurance.
