Education & Wellbeing focused support
Verdant Path is informed through a mental health lens, but not clinical therapy.
Where specialist support is needed, we help families understand the boundary and coordinate appropriately.
Our role is educational: building structure, confidence, direction and readiness.
The Engagement Process
Our mentorship is delivered through an educational mandate. We move beyond ad-hoc support to provide a structured, multi-disciplinary oversight of a student’s progress.
1. The Initial Assessment
Every partnership begins with a comprehensive diagnostic. We review academic trajectory, executive functioning markers, and personal well-being. This results in a Bespoke Strategic Roadmap tailored to a student’s specific environment.
2. Strategic Oversight
Mentorship is not merely a scheduled session; it is an ongoing advisory relationship. We act as the central point of contact, coordinating where necessary with tutors, school pastoral leads, and external specialists to ensure a "wraparound" support system.
3. Integrated Reporting
Families receive regular, briefings on student progress. Using research-informed metrics, we track development across our three core pillars (Balance, Resilience, and Purpose) providing parents with the clarity and peace of mind that their child’s path is secure.
