Founder
Verdant Consultancy
Christopher is the founder of Verdant Consultancy, an international education and mentoring service that empowers students to grow through transition, challenge, and discovery.
​
He graduated from Cambridge University in Eduaction. He has worked in world-leading schools (e.g. Mill Hill, Ecolint, Institut Le Rosey) helping hundreds of students to flourish both academically, and personally.
His career has taken him globally leading wellbeing initiatives, designing curricula, running workshops and coaching students towards admissions. Christopher is a certified British Council agent with credentials in Safeguarding, Social Emotional Learning and Mental Health. He has worked as a trustee with the YMCA, an author with Harper Collins, and represented the International Baccalaureate as a Workshop and Program Lead. He has also acted professionally.

Throughout his time he witnessed how many students, especially high achievers and their teachers struggle in silence through school systems that value indices over identity.

We have graduated from global universities, trained as examiners and specialists, and studied in leading schools. As Verdant’s Digital Presence Coordinator, I support the team through content creation, digital marketing, and web administration. With a background in communication, project management, and digital strategy, my role ensures that Verdant’s initiatives are clearly and effectively represented across platforms. I am particularly inspired by Verdant’s mission to provide holistic educational consultancy that not only empowers students and educators but also gives back to communities. This alignment between impactful education and meaningful communication motivates me to contribute my skills in strengthening Verdant’s online visibility, engaging our audience, and building a consistent digital presence that reflects our values. By combining creativity with technical expertise, I aim to help Verdant share its story, highlight its projects, and reach those who can benefit most from its work.

I guide learners by being real with them. I never had the top grades in school, but I built my path through interpersonal skills, motivation, and knowing how to get things done. My journey shows that success isn’t only about academics — it’s about being resourceful, spotting opportunities, and acting on them. That’s the perspective I bring to students: how to succeed within the system while learning to stand out beyond it.

I hold a BSc in International Hospitality Management & Business Administration from EHL and the IB Diploma from Ecolint, Geneva. My professional experience spans tech, finance, and startups, where I learned how to break into competitive industries. I work with Verdant because its mission reflects my own: supporting young people not just to achieve, but to flourish with confidence and purpose.
